Book with Michelle if you have been a GP for less than 15 years.

Louise and Michelle are dividing up the cohort so we can cover all the interviews we need.

In order to participate, you need to:

• Identify as a woman

• Have been practising as a GP in Australia

• Have retired or are planning to retire from generalist GP practice within 5 years. This includes moving your practice to a special interest area (eg an urgent care clinic, an allergy clinic etc)

• Have reduced your hours, or are planning to reduce your hours by at least 50% within 5 years. This includes moving your practice to a special interest area (eg an urgent care clinic, an allergy clinic etc)

When you book a time for an interview, you will be directed to complete a short demographic questionnaire, a consent form and some contact details so we can arrange an interview.
